Nishant Holani
Co-Founder
Mr. Holani is a cofounder of Strategic Commercial Capital Partners. Mr. Holani holds a B.A. from Wayne State University. His previous experience encompasses the financing of commercial properties including shopping centers, apartment projects and numerous build-to-suit properties for a number of known companies. Over his career, Mr. Holani has developed deep and lasting relationships with a broad array of lenders, including banks, agency lenders, life companies and conduit lenders. Mr. Holani is responsible for day-to-day management of the firm's relationships with its most active lenders. Also, Mr. Holani specializes in Hotel financing and has an extensive network of partners to fund new and existing hotel projects.

Barry Boozan
Co-Founder
Barry Boozan is a Partner and co-manager of Strategic Commercial Capital Partners. Prior to becoming Partner, Barry was Senior Vice President at Bank of Michigan for 10 years and started his career in banking 25 years ago at Michigan National Bank. Barry utilizes his prior experience to facilitate his clients loan requests with the multiple lending relationships Strategic Commercial Capital Partners has developed. Barry holds a B.A. from Central Michigan University and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Walsh College.
